Project Overview:
The National Bone Marrow Registry project, spanning approximately 90 sqm, included the construction of cleanrooms and laboratory spaces.
The cleanroom was built to ISO 8 classification and included:

Personnel airlock

Active material pass-through chamber with clean airflow and pressure control

Smart interlock-controlled doors for sample entry

Magnetically sealed cleanroom doors, fully sealed around the perimeter and floor, equipped with traffic lights and emergency buttons, manufactured by LA.SER Italy, exclusively distributed by Haskitech

Antistatic PVC laboratory flooring, manufactured by TORO

Cleanroom-grade T-BAR aluminum ceiling structure with HPL tiles
The project also included:

A clean HVAC system with HEPA filtration

A monitoring and control system for particle count, pressure, humidity, and temperature

Installation of an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) system for efficient monitoring, control, and remote access
The project was completed, validated, and delivered on time and within budget, meeting all required standards.
